After you add to cart you will be asked to provide some quick information about your pet. Don’t worry about uploading photos of your pet just yet, we will get them from you right after you order via email.
We’ll craft a one-of-a-kind image of your pet soaring above the clouds. We'll create multiple images for you to choose from. The clock starts ticking on our standard prep time and shipping once you confirm your choice.
LIMITATIONS:
We will make the images to match your pet as closely as possible, but cannot guarantee exact body type, age, mix, likeness, color, or coat pattern/markings. We will work hard to make an image you love.
At this time, we only accept orders for a single pet produced per order based based on a photo of that single pet. Contact us if you want to order images with more than one pet featured. We may consider adding this option in the future, depending on demand.
We reserve the right to reject or edit inappropriate or offensive requests. We will not produce any images that include any threatening, defamatory, abusive, obscene, indecent, or profane material or any other material that could give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.
Backgrounds will be sky scenes by default (similar to the examples). If you have special requests for items in the background, we’ll see what we can do, but if not possible, we will use sky scenes to ensure we can fulfill orders on time.
Delivery
When will I get my order?
Since we’ll be customizing this mug specifically for you, please allow an additional 3 business days, over our normal time. The clock starts when we confirm your design with you via email (you will be asked to email images to unchainedbrainz@unchainedbrainz.com following your order and may be asked to review images before printing).
Usually, it takes 6–10 business days to fulfill a custom order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 5-8 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days
